EMRISE Gets Early Approval On Acquisition
Rancho Cucamonga-based EMRISE, a manufacturer of electronic devices and communications equipment for the aerospace, defense, industrial, and communications market, said Thursday that it believes its $18M acquisition of Advanced Control Components may close earlier than estimated. The firm announced the deal to buy ACC, a supplier of high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave devices for the military, aerospace, and other markets, on May 28th. EMRISE said the reason for the sooner close is a "fast-track" environmental approval by the New Jersey Department of Environment Protection.
