Dreamscape Launches First VR Venue At Westfield Century City
Los Angeles-based Dreamscape Immersive, which is developing live, in-person virtual reality venues, has set its first location for the Westfield Century City. The company has started taking reservations for its "adventures" at the Westfield Century City starting on Friday, December 14th, allowing users to experience one of five different virtual reality adventures. The company is charging $20.00 per ticket for those live, virtual reality experiences. Dreamscape Immersive is backed by Nickelodeon, Majid Al Futtaim, VRSense Solutions Limited, Image Nation Abu Dhabi, Bold Capital Partners, 21st Century Fox, and Warner Bros. The company is partnering with movie theater operator AMC Theatres for a number of centers nationwide.
