Cylance Opens New Office In Ireland
Irvine-based cybersecurity developer Cylance says it has opened up a new, overseas office, in Cork, Ireland. According to Cylance, the new offer up 150 new jobs at the new office over the next three years, including positions in sales, sales engineering, and customer support. Cylance also says it hopes to also add malware analysis and software development roles in the future at the location. Cylance said the new office is the latest in a series of internationalization moves for its CylancePROTECT product, and also will help provide an in-region presence to support its EMEA customers. Cylance is led by security industry veteran Stuart McClure, and recently raised a big $100M funding round.
