CyberDefender Open New LA Call Center
Los Angeles-based CyberDefender, the Internet security software provider run by Gary Guseinov, announced Thursday that it has opened up a new, 220-seat call center in its Los Angeles headquarters. The firm said it expects the center to be able to accommodate over 600 agents at full capacity. CyberDefender said its center is currently handling as many as 40,000 calls per week, for sales, technical support, and customer service. CyberDefender had announced the expansion of its headquarters back in August.
