Coversant Acquired By Ubiquity

Sacramenta-based Coversant, a developer of secure, Internet-of-Things software which was led by Los Angeles angel investor Dale Okuno, has been acquired by Irvine-based Ubiquity. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Ubiquity, which its traded OTC, said that Okuno joins Ubiquity's board, and Coversant'a management team will also join the company. Ubiquity is a technology developing and licensing company.
