Covario Buys Netconcepts

San Diego-based Covario, a developer of search advertising and web site optimization software and services, said today that it has acquired Netconcepts, LLC, a website search engine optimization firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Covario said the buy will strengthen the firm's position providing SEO solutions to large advertisers. Netconcepts was founded in 1995, and serves such clients as Cabela's, Northern Tool, Ann Taylor, Deckers, Woolrich, and Builder's Square.
