Clutter Raises $1.3M, Expands To Bay Area

Los Angeles-based Clutter, the on-demand storage startup which is aiming to make it almost effortless to store your extra stuff, has raised $1.3M in a funding round. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. Clutter also said it has expanded its services into the Bay Area. Clutter has previously raised funding from Resolute Ventures, AmplifyLA, plus angels such as Matt Coffin, David Sacks, and Joanne Wilson.

The startup offers up a website where you can request a pick up of your items, which can even be packed by the company's employees, who then transport and store those item for a monthly fee. Those fees range from $7 per month for storing a single item, to filling up a 9x9x4 space for $175 a month. The service includes an online interface which allows users to see what, exactly, they have tucked away in storage.
