Clearlake Appoints New CEO At Discovery Education

Santa Monica-based private equity investor has appointed a new CEO at one of its portfolio companies, the company said today. According to Clearlake, education company Discovery Education has appointed Brian Shaw as its new CEO. Shaw was most recently Discovery Education's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Shaw has been at the company since 2018, and previously served at Red Ventures, Time Warner Cable, and Ernst & Young.
