Carrot Group Ties With Lenovo On STEAM Education
Los Angeles-based Carrot Group, which develops an e-sports based product to engage students in learning science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) skills, says it is in a collaboration with Lenovo to expand adoption of its product in school districts. According to Carrot Group, the two will expand its reach to more school districts nationwide. Financial and other details of the partnership were not announced. Carrot Group says its programs are already being implemented at the Downey and Compton School Districts of Los Angeles. The company says its mission is to engage and inspire students to pursue STEAM fields, and to get students interested in game design, programming, coding, and other technical skills.
