Brickfish Wins Nike Account
San Diego-based Brickfish, a provider of social media marketing and advertising services, said Tuesday that Nike is using the firm as part of a user-generated photo contest. Brickfish said that Nike is running a campaign called "What Do You Play For?" with the Youth Noise organization, which will ask entrants to submit photos demonstrating how they create impact using sports. The prize winner will gain a $500 scholarship. Financial details of the win for Brickfish were not disclosed. Brickfish runs social media campaigns and social media advertising for companies, and is venture backed by DCM, Draper Richards L.P., Mangrove Capital Partners, and OCA Ventures.
