Assembly Acquires PipeCandy

Los Angeles-based e-commerce software provider Assembly announced this morning that it has acquired PipeCandy, a company that provides market intelligence for online retailers. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Assembly also owns e-comerce software brands Helium 10, Pacvue, and Refersion. The company's e-commerce software ties businesses tie into Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and Shopify.
