Alteryx Closes $400M Trifacta Buy

Irvine-based analytics software developer Alteryx said on Monday that it has closed its acquisition of San Francisco-based Trifacta, a developer of cloud anlytics automation software product. Alteryx had said earlier that it would pay $400M in cash for Trifacta. Alteryx said it intends to combine its low code/no code analytics product with Trifact's "cloud native" capabilities. Mark Anderson is CEO of Alteryx.
